These Terms of Service govern your use of the Airdan website and the purchase of digital products and services offered through it. By accessing our store or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us Airdan is a digital goods and services provider operating under Romanian law. This site is operated by Zenvention Media SRL, Reg.Com: J40/9312/30.09.2010, C.U.I. RO 27445116.

2. Products and Services Airdan provides analytics dashboards and related data services on a monthly subscription basis, in three tiers (Basic, Pro, Ultra), plus one-time setup services where applicable. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. All product descriptions, pricing and availability are subject to change with notice; changes do not affect the current billing period.

3. Orders and Payment By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Delivery and Access Services are delivered electronically. Basic-tier dashboards are provisioned within 1–2 business days of payment; Pro and Ultra tiers follow the onboarding schedule agreed at kickoff. Access details are sent to the email address provided at checkout.

5. Data Access and Client Authorization To provide the services, the client authorizes Airdan to access the client's advertising and analytics accounts on a read-only basis (for Google Ads, by linking the client's account under Airdan's manager account). Airdan uses this access solely to retrieve performance data and produce reporting for the client. Airdan does not create, modify or delete campaigns, ads, budgets or other account settings. The client may revoke this authorization at any time; upon notice, Airdan will disconnect the client's data sources and unlink the client's accounts within 3 business days. Airdan will not disclose, sell, redistribute or sub-license the client's advertising data — including keywords, bids, campaign settings or performance data — to any third party without the client's prior written consent.

6. Cancellation Either party may cancel a subscription with effect from the end of the current monthly billing period. Cancellation requests can be sent to office@airdan.ai. Setup fees, where applicable, are one-time charges for work performed and are non-refundable once onboarding has begun, except as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property All digital content sold through Airdan remains the intellectual property of the respective rights holders. Purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the content. Redistribution, resale, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airdan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Romanian courts.
